Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join as Head of their private Family law department in their Brierley Hill office. Our client is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent as Head of their family law department.
You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters.
You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as Head of a successful family law team. On offer is, an extremely competitive salary and package as well as ongoing career progression opportunities.
