Head Of Finance

Job Description The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring smooth processes and accurate reporting to support decision-making. Based in London, this role plays a key part in driving financial strategy within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Client Details An organisation in the FMCG industry, located in London. Description Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities. Take ownership of overall business performance, including profitability, cash flow and commercial decision-making.

Manage and develop finance, operational and cross-functional teams. Oversee supply chain, logistics, procurement and fulfilment activities to ensure efficient delivery and service levels. Build and enhance scalable processes, systems and controls to support growth.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities, investments and strategic projects. Identify risks and implement solutions to support sustainable business performance.

Support supplier and partner relationships, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and operational reliability. Profile Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Exposure to international supply chains and third-party manufacturing relationships.

Experience implementing or improving ERP, MRP or business management systems. Previous involvement in acquisitions, fundraising, strategic investment projects or business exit activity. Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a large and varied product portfolio.
