Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, and supporting senior stakeholders in driving performance and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMonitor aged debt and oversee monthly cashflow forecasting to manage working capitalEnsure accurate and timely submission of quarterly VAT returnsDrive robust and transparent reporting on agent commissionsAnalyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actionsDeliver clear, insightful KPI and financial performance reporting to senior stakeholdersSupport the preparation of statutory accounts and disclosuresLead the migration to a new financial reporting systemIdeally you will be qualified and come from a strong technical background. Due to the nature of the post we require someone who is available from July.
