This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has reached a ceiling in a larger firm and is looking for a genuine leadership role with long-term partnership prospects. You'll join a close-knit team where your contribution will be visible and valued. The Role You'll lead an established team of Solicitors, a Trainee and Support Staff, providing day-to-day supervision, mentoring and direction while continuing to handle quality private client work.
