Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role leads to day-to-day engagement with global suppliers. You'll drive the full purchasing cycle, sourcing new suppliers, tracking market shifts, and managing orders end to end.

The business is looking for a commercially minded leader with strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. Your new roleLead global sourcing & supplier management: Identify and onboard new suppliers, manage performance, and monitor market and pricing movements to support smart, commercially driven decisionsDrive commercial negotiations: Secure competitive pricing, strong payment terms and long-term agreements while maintaining ethical, sustainable supplier relationships.

Ensure compliant, documented procurement: Maintain accurate POs, clear audit trails, and uphold ethical sourcing standards across all purchasing activity. Enable operational delivery: Work closely with Demand Planning, Operations & Logistics to meet availability and stock targets, manage imports and customs, and support smooth, on-time supply.

Support sales & customer activity: Provide accurate pricing and insights for tenders, and ensure procurement aligns to customer brand standards and requirements. Develop the supplier base: Research and introduce new suppliers, innovative solutions and alternatives, while proactively mitigating cost, risk and supply challenges.
