Overview Location: Cambridge (CB25) Duration: Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: Competitive Job Reference: 36171 We are seeking an experienced Operations / Manufacturing Manager to lead production, supply chain, quality and continuous improvement activities within a regulated high-technology manufacturing environment.
The role of Head of Production will oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, supplier coordination and operational performance to ensure delivery, quality and efficiency targets are achieved. The role will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
