Lead and inspire a high-performing property management team. Drive operational excellence, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and impeccably maintained. Build strong tenant relationships, delivering best-in-class service and maximising retention.
Oversee budgets, service charges, and financial performance of the portfolio. Implement sustainability initiatives and innovative workplace solutions. Collaborate with asset management to enhance long-term value. About You You will have a proven track record managing large-scale office portfolios in London, with a deep understanding of landlord and tenant requirements.
