Reed and seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a great team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. The role involves teaching Health and Social Care Levels 1-3 to both adult and young learners.
Health and Social Care Lecturer Location: East London Job Type: Full Time Salary: £30-£35 per hour PAYE or £35-£38 per hour Umbrella Working Hours: 28.8 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday Day-to-day of
the role
Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Health and Social care Levels 1-3. Adapt teaching methods to cater to both adult and young learners. Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and progress. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines during sessions. Required Skills &
Qualifications
Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care Levels 1-3. Ability to engage and educate both adult and young learners effectively. IQA qualification is essential. Previous teaching experience in Further Education is preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
