Heat Pump Engineer

Job Description Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for renewable heating technology? We're looking for a Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across domestic renewable heating systems throughout the RG postcode areas.

Our Package Salary up to £40,000 Company van and fuel card 29 days annual leave, including bank holidays and Christmas/New Year shutdown Employer pension contribution Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Health Shield cash plan Cycle to Work scheme Employee Assistance Programme Ongoing training and development opportunities The Role Service, maintain and repair Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and hot water systems Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to restore systems to full operation Test, commission and optimise system performance Complete service records and job documentation accurately Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes What We're Looking For Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on renewable heating systems Good knowledge of heat pump technology and hot water systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service Full UK driving licence About Sureserve Energy Services At Sureserve Energy Services, we're helping households across the UK improve the efficiency, comfort and sustainability of their homes.
