Job Description HGV Class 2 Night Driver / Yard Marshal Permanent Salary £41,808 + £3,000 Bonus + Overtime Monday to Friday | 7:00pm - 5:00am | Guaranteed 48 Hours | Weekends Off We're recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a leading logistics company in Manchester as a Night Yard Operative.
This is a role offering excellent pay, job security and a fantastic benefits package. Immediate starts available with full paid training. To be considered for this role you must have the confidence and strong character to safely manage and marshal a busy yard during the night shift.
The Role Manage and marshal a busy transport yard overnight Support the arrival and departure of trunking vehicles Complete HGV Class 2 trunking duties as required Assist with transhipping loads when necessary (manual handling involved) Requirements HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
Minimum 12 months experience Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR, DD or IN10 convictions) Willing to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and Criminal Record Check Pay & Benefits £16.75 per hour (PAYE) £25.12 per hour overtime (6th shift) Guaranteed salary £41,808 £3,000 annual bonus (£750 paid quarterly) Paid CPC training Private healthcare Christmas shutdown Company events and employee prize draws Refer a friend and earn £250!
