HGV Class 1 Driver

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (CE) HGV Drivers for trunking work based in Sutton. The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, professional drivers looking for consistent work within a well-organised transport operation. The Role Trunking work between depots and distribution centres. Primarily depot-to-depot deliveries with no handballing expected on standard trunking duties.

Safe and efficient operation of a Class 1 vehicle. Completing vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are carried out in accordance with road safety and company procedures. Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and communicating effectively with the transport team.

Driver Requirements Minimum of 1 year's Class 1 driving experience. Valid Category CE licence. No more than 6 penalty points. No major endorsements. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
