Its operations cover the movement of different types of cargo, with services supporting local, national and international transport requirements. The role As an HGV Class 1 Driver,

your responsibilities will include

• Driving a Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing deliveries and collections in line with agreed schedules
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Ensuring loads are secure and handled appropriately
• Completing delivery paperwork and using relevant transport systems
• Maintaining compliance with road safety, drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
• Providing professional service at collection and delivery points Skills and qualifications
• Valid HGV Class 1 licence
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Valid digital tachograph card
• Previous Class 1 driving experience
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport regulations
• Strong safety awareness and a reliable approach to work
• Good communication skills and professional customer service
• Ability to work independently during night shifts Benefits
