Due to continued growth, w e are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV CLASS 2 SKIPS DRIVERS to join a busy, well-established logistics and aggregates operation based in Purfleet.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of construction materials, aggregates, and muck-away across London and the South East. Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a Class 2 Skip LorryCarry out scheduled skip deliveries, exchanges, and collectionsCarrying out thorough daily walk-around vehicle checks and defect reporting.
Adhering strictly to tachograph regulations and driver's hours legislation. Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery recordsDeliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionallyFollow all health and safety procedures on all sites internal and external.
Communicating effectively with transport planners and site managers. RequirementsHGV Class 2 (Category C) licenseCPC qualificationMinimum 12 months HGV experienceKnowledge of London & South East roadsDesirable :CSCS cardHIAB / Grab experienceSUD CPCExperience with bins, tippers, grabs, sweeper and class 1 artic vehicles (however full training will be provided)We're all about finding potential here at Killoughery, and transferable skills are always welcome!
