Highways Agent

Highways Agent Required!

RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Highways Agent to work for our client based in Perth, Scotland, Perth and Kinross.

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: 20-10-2026

Pay Rate: between £300.00 - £400.00 Per Day - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Roles:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Liaising with clients, engineers and project stakeholders
• Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
• Supporting commercial and project delivery teams

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CSCS Card
• Proven experience as a Highways Agent within Civil Engineering
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
