Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)Location: Bristol Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay: £100-£130 per day Hours: 8:20am - 3:30pmAbout the SchoolProspero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Bristol.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned lessons and cover classes across the school where requiredSupport teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2Lead small group interventions and 1:1 support sessionsWork closely with teachers to raise attainment and progressContribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentExperience, Training and QualificationsHLTA status or strong relevant experience working at HLTA levelPrevious experience in a UK primary schoolA strong understanding of safeguarding and SENDExperience or interest in supporting pupils with: AutismSpeech, language and communication needsOther additional needsExcellent spoken and written EnglishExperience within healthcare, therapy, or pastoral support is desirable but not essentialTo Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:Have the Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for oneBe able to provide two recent child‑related professional referencesWhat We OfferAccredited CPD courses, including Safeguarding and Behaviour ManagementAccess to an in-house Training and Development TeamOngoing support from a dedicated consultantIf you would like to be considered for this HLTA role, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
