Home Manager - £75,000 A Year

Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established elderly care providers in the search for a Home Manager (RGN) based in Horsham. This is a well-performing, large nursing, residential and dementia service with a Good CQC rating, requiring an experienced nurse-qualified manager to lead the home and maintain high standards of care and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
• Lead and support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Maintain strong clinical oversight including audits, medication management, and risk management
• Drive occupancy, performance, and team stability across the home
• Work closely with senior leadership to sustain and build on current standardsTo be considered for the role, you will need:
• Active UK NMC PIN (RGN)
• Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting
• Strong clinical governance and compliance experience
• Track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings
