This is more than a supervisory role, youll be acting as a key support to the Range Hospitality Manager, owning the day-to-day operation and helping shape the experience for both our customers and your team. This isnt just about keeping things ticking over, its about driving standards, building a strong team culture, and making sure everything is spot on, every time.
What youll be doing
Leading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver exceptional service in a fun and engaging environment . Taking real ownership of the Driving Range operation, confidently stepping up in the absence of the Range Hospitality Manager.
Setting the standard through hands-on leadership. Leading by example every shift. Creating a culture of collaboration , where the team supports each other and succeeds together. Ensuring all areas consistently exceed customer's expectations.
