£12.72 per hour Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000*) Career development & fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 Blue Light Card discounts Company pension scheme Were looking for: Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK Positive attitude and pride in your work 24 hours per week to include working alternative weekends You are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to get to and from work as Tilford care home is situated in a remote location with no public transport routes Your role: Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming Dust, polish, and vacuum residents rooms to a high standard Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small actssmiles, chats, and friendly presence Your care shows in the details; fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every day.
