Able to support people with complex needs using empathy, patience, professional boundaries and a person-centred approach. Experience of supporting vulnerable people, or a good understanding of issues such as homelessness, social exclusion, poor mental health and financial hardship.
Able to work independently, manage a varied workload, keep accurate records and provide reliable community-based support. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work is essential.
