HR Advisor – 6 Month FTC£35,000 | Hybrid Working | 37.5 hours per weekWe’re working with a fast-paced, dynamic organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be trusted to step in, add value quickly, and support a busy, evolving workforce.

If you’re resilient, confident in your approach, and comfortable hitting the ground running, this role will suit you perfectly. The RoleAs HR Advisor, you’ll partner closely with managers across the business, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR support.

You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in maintaining a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert HR guidanceSupport the full employee lifecycle including ER, performance management, and onboardingManage a range of employee relations cases with confidence and professionalismProvide coaching and support to line managers to drive best practiceUse data and insight to identify trends and recommend improvementsSupport HR projects and ongoing people initiativesEnsure compliance with employment law and internal policiesAbout YouProven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced environmentStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawConfident managing ER cases independentlyResilient, proactive, and able to work at paceComfortable dealing with ambiguity and making sound decisionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirableWhat’s on OfferSalary of £35,000Hybrid working (typically between 8:30am – 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week)22 days holiday + bank holidaysFlexible working optionsEmployee discount schemesThis is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a busy environment and wants to make an immediate impact within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
