The Role You will provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will act as a first point of contact for HR queries, support employee relations processes and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with Northern Ireland employment legislation.

Broad generalist HR exposure across all areas of HR Opportunity to work closely with senior management and operational teams Support for ongoing professional development Join a successful and growing manufacturing business Hands-on role where you can make a visible impact Long-term career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities HR generalist role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and HR administration Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees Support disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management processes Assist with probation reviews and performance management activities Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports Co-ordinate training activities and maintain training records Support health, safety and compliance requirements within a manufacturing environment Participate in project work, policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives Essential Criteria Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline Minimum 2 years experience within an HR administrator role or equivalent Experience providing HR support and advice to managers and employees Good understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail Competent in Microsoft Office and HR systems Benefits Competitive salary Company pension On-site parking Professional development support Employee wellbeing initiatives Career progression opportunities
