Hr Advisor

Job Title: HR Advisor (North) Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire Salary: £30,000–£37,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Description: We're recruiting an HR Advisor for a growing international temperature-controlled logistics company.

The role is based in Newark and covers the business's northern UK sites. You'll be the go-to HR contact for managers and a largely operational workforce of drivers and warehouse staff. It's a varied, hands-on generalist role in a business that is investing in its UK network.

The Role

First point of contact for HR queries across northern sites Advising on and managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance Supporting recruitment and onboarding for driving, warehouse and office roles Keeping HR records accurate and ensuring compliance with UK employment law Travelling between sites as required

Requirements

Generalist HR experience, ideally in logistics, distribution or another shift-based environment Sound knowledge of UK employment law and ER casework CIPD Level 5, or working towards it (desirable) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel What's on Offer: £30,000–£37,000 depending on experience Permanent role with a global logistics group Holiday entitlement and company pension Click Apply to send your CV today
