Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our client on a temporary part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys providing practical support and guidance across a broad range of HR activities.
Key responsibilities will include
Employee Relations case managementRecruitment and onboarding supportManaging probation reviewsHandling flexible working requestsAbsence managementAdvising managers on HR policy and procedureThe successful candidate will have previous generalist HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
This role would suit a confident HR professional who can work independently and provide reliable day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced environment.
