Our client, a leading global transformation and consulting organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Technology Solution Architect to play a key role in delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes for some of the world's most recognisable organisations.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of HR strategy, enterprise technology, AI and employee experience, helping businesses design and implement future-ready HR ecosystems. The Opportunity As an HR Technology Solution Architect, you will lead architecture workstreams across complex HR transformation initiatives, translating business objectives and employee experience requirements into scalable, secure and practical technology solutions.

Working closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders, technical teams and vendors, you'll shape end-to-end solution designs that drive measurable business impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on solution design, whilst remaining at the forefront of emerging technologies including AI-enabled HR solutions and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture across HR and workforce transformation programmes. Design technology ecosystems spanning Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Workforce Management and Employee Experience platforms. Define application, integration and data architectures to support organisational change.

Assess and embed AI-powered capabilities within HR solutions. Facilitate design workshops and architecture governance activities. Support technology evaluations, vendor selection processes and architecture assurance reviews.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery across the transformation lifecycle. What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with candidates who have: Proven experience delivering HR technology or digital HR transformation programmes.

Strong solution architecture expertise across cloud, data, integration, security and enterprise applications. Experience defining future-state technology architectures and transformation roadmaps. Knowledge of modern HR technology landscapes and ecosystems.

Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI and AI-enabled business transformation. Strong stakeholder management, consulting and workshop facilitation skills. Experience working with technology vendors, implementation partners and complex enterprise environments.
