HSE CoordinatorGloucester - Permanent – Full time – Days (Core Hours) – Salary £35,000Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of their Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with legislation and ISO standards while driving engagement and safety culture across site. What you’ll doCoordinate and maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systemsManage audit schedules, track findings, and support corrective and preventive actionsMaintain training matrixes, incident logs, and HSE trackers to ensure data accuracySupport incident investigations, root cause analysis, and energy efficiency initiativesDevelop HSE communications, toolbox talks, and training materials to promote engagementUse Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to analyse data and create performance dashboardsWhat we’re looking forExperience in an HSE or training coordination role within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExcellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detailProficient in Excel 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerPointConfident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levelsProactive and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvementDesirableNEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standardsInterest in developing a career in health, safety, and environmental managementWhy join?
