Location: Hampshire/Dorset border - Office-based Salary: up to £40,000 + excellent benefits Contract: Permanent, Full-time We're partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to support a busy operational function of approximately 100 employees within a customer contact centre environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with managers, providing practical people advice, and managing a broad range of employee relations matters in a fast-paced setting.
Working as part of a developing HR team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to create a positive, engaged and high-performing workplace culture. A significant focus of this position will be supporting managers within the contact centre operation, where you'll provide proactive and commercially focused HR guidance across a wide range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include
Managing a variety of employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and conduct matters Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in handling people issues effectively Providing clear and pragmatic advice in line with employment legislation and company policies Supporting organisational change projects and consultation processes when required Identifying trends and underlying causes of people-related issues and recommending improvements Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and manager guidance Delivering training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practice Producing HR reports and insights to support decision-making Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function We're looking for an HR professional who combines strong employment law knowledge with a practical, people-focused approach.
