Human Resources Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner – Private Care Sector Location: London Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits My client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, people-first organisation.

What You'll Do Partner with managers to deliver expert HR advice and support Lead on employee relations, performance management, and complex casework Drive recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture programmes Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice Manage HR audits, reporting, policies, and people processes Support payroll, onboarding, and performance review cycles Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and employee experience Work closely with senior leaders to support business growth and change What You'll Bring Experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR role Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment Experience within healthcare, hospitality, care, or other service-led sectors is advantageous What's on Offer Competitive salary + discretionary bonus Healthcare Cash Plan Pension scheme Discounts and rewards platform Training and development opportunities Referral bonus programme If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to ed@Corecruitment.com Get social.......
