Salt are partnering with a leading global technology and consumer platform organisation and are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join their People team across the EMEA region. Location: London or Dublin (Hybrid) Type: Contract About the Role This is a strategic HR leadership role supporting senior business stakeholders across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee experience, and workforce planning initiatives. Working within a fast-paced, international environment, you'll partner closely with specialist People functions to implement regional and global programmes while ensuring local business needs are effectively represented.
The role combines strategic thinking with operational delivery, requiring strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence at all levels. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and people strategy.
Lead the execution of talent management cycles, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide expert support on employee relations matters and complex people-related challenges.
