IAM Associate Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of IAM solutions for enterprise clients, combining hands-on technical leadership with delivery management. You will drive identity governance, access lifecycle, and authentication workstreams across on-prem and cloud environments, aligning architectures with Zero Trust and compliance frameworks. You’ll act as a primary client contact, shape IAM programs, and contribute to growing the IAM capability within the practice. This role offers a chance to influence large-scale security transformations in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of IAM solutions across platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta) including identity governance and access lifecycle management.
• Assess client PAM/IAM practices against industry best practices and security requirements.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for IAM services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Define IAM architectures aligned with Zero Trust, least privilege, and compliance frameworks; oversee IAM operations and continuous service improvement.
• Lead teams delivering security changes in complex organizations.
• Contribute to estimating, pricing, profitability, and opportunity management; lead RFP/RFI submissions.
• Support internal initiatives to grow the IAM capability across the practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes in enterprise environments.

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with tools: SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta
• Stakeholder management
• Business development support
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)
