IFA Administrator

I’m working with a growing IFA firm who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with Advisers and clients and wants to join a business where there is genuine opportunity to develop and progress as the company continues to grow. You’ll play an important role in supporting the Advisers and wider team, making sure clients receive a high level of service and that cases are managed smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing day-to-day administration support to Financial Advisers
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, dealing with queries professionally and efficiently
• Managing adviser diaries and coordinating client meetings
• Preparing meeting packs, reports and client documentation
• Processing new business, including pensions, investments and protection
• Processing fund switches, withdrawals, LOAs and other client servicing requirements
• Liaising with providers, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress cases
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
• Tracking cases through to completion and keeping Advisers and clients updated
• Supporting the wider team with general administration and ongoing process improvements
