IM Manager

Overview

In this contract role, you will translate SZC Digital strategy into an integrated Information Management operating model and delivery roadmap. You’ll oversee the central IM team, ensuring governance, standards and effective delivery across programmes and suppliers. You will provide consolidated risk, compliance and performance reporting to the SZC Digital SLT and resolve cross-programme issues within delegated authority. This position offers visibility into digital governance and a chance to shape information management practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Set delivery objectives for the IM Lead & team and guide priorities, resources, risks and improvements
• Oversee capability, capacity and professional standards to support the IM Lead
• Support SZC Digital SLT governance forums, escalating strategic matters as needed
• Translate strategic direction into an integrated IM operating model and delivery roadmap
• Manage the Digital/IT Information Management service with governance, controls and consistent ways of working
• Provide consolidated performance, risk, compliance and maturity reporting to SZC Digital SLT
• Manage relationships with programme and functional leaders, delivery partners and suppliers
• Promote Information Management as a discipline and drive adoption of best practices
• Ensure IM program plan is understood and key workstreams are delivered through business change practices
