Implementation Manager, Financial Services

Overview

In this role, you will own the onboarding and rollout program for AlphaSense’s largest enterprise clients, from pre-sale handoff to 90 days of adoption. You’ll shape onboarding approaches for the EMEA region, collaborating with US teams and regional Account Managers. Your focus is coordinating programs, driving adoption, and delivering scalable implementations. This is a growth role with a clear impact on customer success at scale, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and rollout plan for large enterprise clients, including milestones and risk mitigation, from pre-sale to 90 days after go-live
• Lead status meetings and coordinate resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Track adoption signals (time to first login, retention, usage) and translate results into actions with the account team
• Collaborate with Sales before close to shape the rollout and hand over to Account Managers and Customer Success with a maintenance plan
• Analyze adoption trends to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to internal and client stakeholders
• Document best practices, develop scalable onboarding processes, and build playbooks for future clients
• Develop product and customer persona understanding to map investments to the customer lifecycle

Key requirements

• 4+ years in onboarding, customer success, or program management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with financial services clients (investment banks, hedge funds, VC/PE) and understanding of their decision-makers
• Change management experience to drive tool adoption post-purchase
• Proven ability to drive programs to completion and manage tasks
• Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders (MDs, partners) and cross-functional alignment
