Responsibilities
Provide strategic employment law advice across employee relations, restructures, redundancies, discrimination, grievances and senior exits. Advise on Employment Tribunal claims, TUPE, outsourcing, acquisitions, workforce transformation and trade union matters.
Draft and review employment documentation and policies, monitor legal developments, and support data protection, external advisers and training. Company pension. Employee-owned company. We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation may be worth up to £200.
