Infrastructure Analyst | 2 Days onsite per week in Redhill Surrey | £(Apply online only) PAYE though us at Opus | Until the end of the financial year
Key responsibilities
Someone known to Azure cloud environments Provide timely third‐line response to escalations from the Service Delivery team, performing onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems. Plan and implement Infrastructure services upgrades, maintenance fixes and patches.
Standardise deployment of infrastructure service configuration. Monitor and test system performance and provide statistics and reports. Recommend and undertake modifications to infrastructure service environments to improve security, efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Manage infrastructure services using system administration tools and access. Develop and maintain documentation/materials and records, including design, build, operation, and training. Participate in a standby rota to ensure the availability of critical infrastructure services 24 x 7.
We are also looking for: SC Cleared Eligibility PRINCE2 project governance & ITIL foundation certificate (desireable) Full UK Driving License Previous experience with Wintel Infrastructure Analyst | 2 Days onsite in Redhill Surrey | £(Apply online only) PAYE though us at Opus | Until the end of the financial year...
