Infrastructure Support Engineer, IREO

In this role you will help keep AWS global infrastructure reliable and secure. Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of customer issues and assist in escalations
• Troubleshoot and debug technical systems using Linux expertise
• Manage ticket queues to meet SLAs for internal and partner service teams
• Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency via metrics, procedures, tools, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal service teams on patches, OS migrations, and code updates
• Work with internal software development teams to enhance systems within the team’s scope
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborate with experienced engineers
• Allocate personal development time to learn new programming languages and build services
