Role overview Are you passionate about turningnew technologyinto real operational impact ABM is looking for an Innovation Leader to drive the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions across one of our major client accounts in London and across the UK.
Working across Operations Technology Business Intelligence and Client Engagementyoullturn ideas into scalable solutions that improve performance productivity clientexperienceand commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
Whatyoullbe doing Shape and deliver the innovation roadmap Identifyopportunities across AI automation IoT robotics smartbuildingsand digital services Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leaders and clients Lead technology pilots from concept through to implementation and rollout Drive operational improvement Embednew technologyinto day-to-day operations Automate and simplify manual processes Lead changecommunicationand user adoption Manage technology vendors and partners Use data todemonstratevalue Work with Business Intelligence teams and Power BI toidentifytrends and opportunities Translate data into actionable improvements Measure adoptionperformanceand ROI Partner with our clients Build trusted relationships with ABM and client stakeholders Present innovation initiatives and results Identifynew opportunities anddemonstratemeasurable business value Innovation areas could include AI-enabled inspections smart cleaning robotics predictive maintenance IoT and more.
Whatwerelooking for Experience leading technologyinnovationor digital transformation projects Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI Experience implementing operational technology Strong stakeholder and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial and analytical mindset Experience within Facilities Management or Workplace Services Even better if you have Knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot IoT or Smart Buildings experience Lean Six Sigma Agile or Scrum experience Prosci PRINCE2 PMP or similar certification Experience working within large enterprise environments What success looks like Success means turning innovation into measurable results delivering successful pilots increasing technology adoption improving productivity reducing manual processes generatingsavingsand improving the client experience.
