Innovation Manager

Overview

As Innovation Manager at Mastercard Foundry, you drive the ideation-to-market journey for new payment solutions within the Commercial and New Payment Flows portfolio. You collaborate with product, research, and design teams to turn concepts into pilots, incubation, and scaled products. You manage roadmaps, business cases, and cross-functional alignment to deliver value for customers and partners. This role offers opportunities to shape next-generation payments experiences at a global, multi-cultural scale.

Responsibilities

• Generate and evaluate new concepts for CNPF in collaboration with product teams, customers, and end-users
• Develop concepts into commercial products from concept to pilot, incubation and commercialization with Foundry teams
• Create and own product roadmaps, pilot launch plans and business cases
• Build relationships across Global Products and Foundry teams to enable delivery of new products
• Support ideation and development of a strong pipeline of Foundry projects through internal and external partnerships
• Apply data-driven analysis to assess market opportunities and build revenue/expense projections

Key requirements

• Experience in developing and commercializing new products
• Understanding of product development life cycle concepts and practices
• Experience overseeing rapid prototyping for global/multi-region products
• Proven track record of generating, structuring, evaluating, and promoting innovative ideas
• Ability to build relationships and drive results with global, multi-cultural, and remote teams
• Strong communication skills to articulate and simplify concepts
• Interest and understanding of the payments industry or B2B2C ecosystems
