Provide strategic advice to clients on insolvency matters. Handle both contentious and non-contentious cases. Mentor and develop junior team members. Criteria: Strong technical expertise in insolvency and restructuring law.
Experience representing diverse clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, and individuals. Proficiency in various insolvency processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
