This position offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth. Responsibilities:Provide strategic advice to clients on insolvency matters. Handle both contentious and non-contentious cases.
Mentor and develop junior team members. Criteria:Strong technical expertise in insolvency and restructuring law. Experience representing diverse clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, and individuals.
Proficiency in various insolvency processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
