This role reports to the Global Insurance Director, as a component of Group Finance. This is a great opportunity to further learn and progress within a very supportive team environment. The role will provide high quality financial and analytical insight to support insurance strategy, risk financing, captive optimisation, claims performance and commercial decision making across group operations.
Working collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Risk, Procurement, Operations and external insurance partners, the role will help position Group Insurance as a proactive commercially focussed and insight-led business partner to all group operations.
Technical and professional skills, knowledge and qualifications:Strong analytical, financial modelling and forecasting capabilityAdvanced Excel and data analysis skillsExperience interpreting and presenting complex datasets and trendsExperience within insurance, risk financing, captive management preferredExperience within insurance actuarial environments desirableExposure to multinational insurance programmes and claims analytics desirableExperience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau desirableUnderstanding of contractual risk allocation and risk transfer preferred
