Insurance Technician - Broking & Operations Cheltenham | Full-time | Permanent £27,000?£29,000 per annum | 3 Positions Available Ready for Your Next Move in Insurance? We're recruiting three Insurance Technicians to join a highly respected, international insurance organisation based in Cheltenham.

What You'll Be Doing Processing a range of insurance transactions, including more complex technical work Preparing, reviewing insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Supporting broking and technical teams with day-to-day insurance processing requirements Managing and prioritising your own workload to meet deadlines and service standards Identifying and resolving technical queries, escalating more complex issues where necessary Carrying out quality control checks on documentation and work completed by colleagues Supporting and guiding less experienced team members Ensuring all work complies with FCA regulations, internal procedures and audit requirements Building effective working relationships with colleagues and wider internal teams Contributing to improvements in processes, accuracy and overall service delivery About You We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in insurance operations, broking support, technical processing or policy administration.

You may currently work for an insurance broker, insurer, underwriting agency or another organisation within the insurance sector.

You'll ideally have

Experience in an insurance technician, insurance administration, broking support or similar role. A sound understanding of insurance principles and the policy lifecycle. Knowledge of insurance broking, claims, premiums or delegated authority processes.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Confidence using Microsoft Excel and relevant insurance systems. Good communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
