Interface Team Administrator

Overview

In this role, you will own the accurate processing of HR interface files within tight SLAs, collaborating with client HR and Payroll teams to resolve data queries. You’ll review files, correct data issues, and set up new joiners while supporting the interface team’s workflow. The position sits within a leading benefits administrator, offering training and a comprehensive benefits package. You will contribute to data integrity and timely member record updates, delivering reliable service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Process daily, weekly, and monthly interface files
• Review completed files and flag data issues to clients
• Liaise with client HR & Payroll teams to resolve queries
• Correct data errors on client files
• Set up new joiner records and input fund choices
• Manually input member data onto interface files
• Prepare and send joiner packs
• Assist administration teams with basic office duties
