The Brief Month-End Leadership: Full ownership of the month-end close, including P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Preparing management accounts and providing clear variance analysis for senior stakeholders.
Audit & Compliance: Supporting year-end prep and ensuring all statutory obligations are met. Process Improvement: Identifying "quick wins" to streamline existing finance workflows. What You'll Need
Qualifications
