We're working with a leading global media organisation seeking a Junior Commercial Lawyer to join its in-house legal team on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor (0-2 PQE) to gain broad commercial experience across advertising, branded content, consumer products, marketing, subscriptions, and wider revenue-generating activities. Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements. Advise on advertising, media, marketing, and promotional campaigns. Support branded content, sponsorship, and commercial partnership arrangements. Provide practical legal guidance to commercial stakeholders.
Assist with consumer law, regulatory and compliance matters. Work closely with colleagues across legal, privacy, finance, and commercial teams.

Qualified Solicitor in England
