Our client, a professional membership organisation and charity of around 75 employees, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Interim Head of IT to lead a small in-house team and maintain momentum across IT operations and key technology projects.
Responsibilities Lead and develop the IT team, with clear priorities and accountability. Oversee IT operations, service delivery and resilience. Improve infrastructure, device management and security. Support AV services and the Dynamics 365 CRM/CMS transformation.
Manage suppliers, budgets, IT strategy and architecture. Advise and update senior leadership. Essential skills Experience in IT strategy and architecture. Pragmatic, proactive and hands-on. Able to provide examples of previous documentation or communications packs.
