As an Operations Manager , you will work closely with Home Managers and the wider regional team, combining operational oversight with hands-on support. This role is ideal for an experienced care leader or Regional Support Manager ready to strengthen leadership capability and drive consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities Support Home Managers to improve care quality, governance, and operational performance across multiple services. Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards. About You Significant experience in adult social care within a multi-site or senior leadership role.
Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement. Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
