Interim Property Safety Manager £375 per day - 6 months Scotland We are supporting a major infrastructure organisation with the appointment of an Interim Property Safety Manager to deliver a defined programme of compliance work across its property portfolio.
The assignment will include: Completing DSEAR assessments at sites in Glasgow and Dumfries Carrying out property safety audits and supporting the closure of corrective actions Reviewing fire and water risk assessment remedials Developing property safety audit templates and a risk based audit programme Completing gap analysis against UK legislation and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements We are looking for an experienced Property or Facilities SHE professional with knowledge of UK property safety legislation.
You must have practical experience completing DSEAR assessments. This is an immediate requirement and will involve travel across Scotland.
