Reporting to a US-based Corporate Attorney, you will play a key role in reviewing corporate records, identifying and resolving documentation gaps, updating governance systems, coordinating with external advisors, and supporting ongoing compliance and entity management activities. /p p br /p p strong Key
requirements
/strong /p ul li 7- 10+ years of paralegal experience /li li Strong corporate governance and legal entity management experience /li li Familiarity with European corporate records, filings, resolutions and compliance processes /li li Experience supporting entities in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands or Bulgaria /li li Ability to work independently and manage records remediation projects with minimal supervision /li li Strong stakeholder management skills /li li Immediately available /li /ul
