Job Description Interim Tax Manager This well established insurance group are recruiting for a hands on, experienced senior Tax Accountant to join them on an interim basis for an initial 6-9 months assignment. Reporting into the Group CFO, this wide reaching role will require an experienced tax professional to be responsible for the following core areas : Corporation tax including calculation of tax calcs for their UK entities, submission of UK Corporation tax returns, preparation of group tax forecasts and dealing with queries VAT returns from quarterly returns, liaising with HMRC on changes e.g. partial exemption scheme Employee share schemes in relation to both the review and advisement.
PAYE schemes calculation This broad role requires a qualified Tax professional ideal ideally with an insurance background or large corporate background. You will knowledge of tax disclosure requirements under IFRS and UK GAAP have a mix of corporate tax, VAT and ideally employee share schemes.
