About the Opportunity At Toyota Racing, the Project Management Office (PMO) plays a key role in supporting projects and driving operational efficiency across the organization. We offer an exciting internship opportunity for a Bachelor-level student who is interested in project management and motorsport.
During the internship, you will support the PMO team in developing and improving internal tools, reports, templates, and performance indicators that help increase efficiency and transparency across projects. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international motorsport environment while contributing to meaningful process improvements.
Your Challenge The PMO department relies on efficient reporting, automated tools to support project execution and decision-making. As an intern, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of these tools and help streamline PMO activities.
Your work will focus on transforming data into actionable information and improving the efficiency of daily project management operations. Key tasks include: Developing and improving internal PMO reports and dashboards Supporting the creation and optimization of VBA macros and Excel-based tools Assisting in the development of project management templates and standards Creating and maintaining KPIs to monitor project and departmental performance Supporting data extraction, analysis, and reporting activities Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements Documenting developed tools and processes to ensure sustainable usage Duration
